About Us
We are a registered charity supporting families from Sale West and the surrounding area to grow and flourish. We do this by:

building friendships - we create welcoming safe spaces where people of all ages with shared interests can enjoy time together and receive peer support

learning new skills - we have some wonderfully creative groups and run events for families and children. We also partner with BMS Wellbeing to run wellbeing workshops as well as with other training partners to run e.g. parenting courses

we have created an urban community garden allowing us to get back to nature and enjoy our produce

by focussing on what is important in life and changing things for the better - we run groups, workshops and have a fantastic mentoring programme

building self confidence
