Mentoring
We have a team of mentors who have been trained and checked to come alongside you for 12 months or more. If you are struggling with an aspect of life, or would just like life to be better, this might be right for you.
How does it work?
We all struggle at times, so why not see if we can help? We would meet and discuss what is troubling you; that might be, for example, low self-confidence, children's behaviour, you need to get out of the house and do things etc.

If we feel we can help, you will meet a potential mentor. You will get to know each other and decide how life could be better and then what can be done. Over the course of a year or so, your mentor will meet with you once a fortnight for an hour or two and help you work through the things that can be changed to make things better.
How do I know when I've got there?
You and your mentor will discuss and decide what goal or goals to set and then they will monitor progress with you. We will also check how you are feeling at the start and at the end of the mentoring process and there should be an improvement!

Typically 75% of people achieve at least one major goal and we aim for your self-confidence and resilience to grow through the process too.
